For clinic owners
Every practitioner on your team booked out, every enquiry tracked, zero admin on your end.
A clinic site with a page and booking calendar for every therapist, and one board where every enquiry lands. Built for you, live in two weeks.
€250 a month plus €20 per therapist. One extra booking a month covers it.
I build every clinic myself, so I only take on one new clinic a month.
What one practitioner gets
This is what happens per practitioner. Now multiply by your team.
Every result below came from a single person with a single site. A clinic runs the same system once per therapist, on one build, under one roof.
Four bookings in his first month live.
A paying project through the contact form inside the first week.
Landed a major project soon after the new site went live.
What you get
A multi-practitioner clinic site that runs itself.
One page per therapist
Every practitioner gets their own page: photo, bio, specialisms, and their own booking link. Clients find the right person and book them directly.
Individual booking calendars
Each therapist gets their own Cal.com calendar synced to their own availability. No shared inbox, no front-desk relay, no double bookings.
Reception for the whole team
Every enquiry from the site lands on one board. You see what arrived, who has been contacted, and what is still waiting, across every practitioner.
Live in 2 weeks
Not a project that drags across a quarter. Two weeks from kickoff to a live clinic site, guaranteed below.
Done for you
I build it, wire it together and keep it running. Your therapists keep their calendars up to date. That is the full extent of the rollout.
Want to see clinic-scale work? Two full sample builds: Cúram Clinic (20 clinicians) and Boyne Valley Psychotherapy (18 therapists, three clinics).
Also included
The build is the start, not the whole of it.
A month of Growth-tier content, free
Your first month includes the blog and SEO content programme from the Growth tier at no charge, so the site starts earning search traffic from week one, not month six.
Google Business Profile, set up and optimised
Your clinic profile set up properly: categories, services, photos, and review flow. For local searches like 'therapy near me', this is where clients actually find you.
Owner onboarding video
A short video showing you exactly how Reception works: reading the board, seeing what is waiting, and spotting where enquiries come from. Watch it once, refer back whenever.
Refer a clinic, both get a month free
Know another clinic owner who needs this? When they sign up, you both get a month free. Stated here so you do not have to ask.
Two guarantees, both on the clock.
Live in 2 weeks, or your first month is free.
The build has a deadline with money on it. If your clinic site is not live two weeks from kickoff, month one costs you nothing.
No increase in enquiries within 60 days, and you don't pay until you see one.
Reception counts every enquiry, so this is not measured by feel. If 60 days pass without an increase, billing stops until the first new enquiry arrives.
Pricing
€250 base + €20 per therapist.
A five-therapist clinic
€250 base
+ 5 × €20 = €100
€350 a month, all in
One extra booking a month covers it. A single new client seeing one of your therapists weekly is worth several times that figure every month, and the site only has to produce one to pay for itself. Everything above it is margin.
The price moves with your team. A therapist joins, add €20. A therapist leaves, drop €20. No tiers to outgrow and no renegotiation when the clinic changes shape.
I take their page down and your monthly price drops by €20 from the next billing cycle. When someone new joins, I build their page and calendar and the price goes back up by €20. Your site is priced per active practitioner, so it grows and shrinks with the team. There is no penalty and no rebuild either way.
Yes, that is the whole point of the build. Each therapist gets their own page and their own Cal.com calendar synced to their own availability. Clients book directly with the person they want to see, not through a shared inbox that someone has to triage. Each therapist manages their own availability without touching anyone else's.
Yes. Every enquiry that comes through the site lands in Reception, so you can see what arrived, who has been contacted, and what is still waiting, across the whole clinic. The onboarding video shows you exactly how to read it. What you do not see is anyone's clinical notes. Reception tracks enquiries, not case files.
Barely. Each therapist needs to keep their Cal.com availability up to date, which takes minutes and syncs with the calendar they already use. Everything else, the site, the tracking, the updates, is handled. This is a done-for-you build, not software you have to roll out to the team.
A photo and a short bio for each practitioner, your clinic details, and about an hour of your time across two calls. That is genuinely it. I build everything myself, which is how the two week promise holds, and why it comes with a guarantee: if the site is not live in two weeks, your first month is free.
Then you do not pay until it does. If you see no increase in enquiries within 60 days of going live, billing stops until the first new one arrives. Reception tracks every enquiry and where it came from, so neither of us has to guess whether it is working. The numbers are on the board.
Twenty minutes, and you'll know.
The audit call is not a pitch. We go through how enquiries reach your clinic today, I tell you where they are being lost between practitioners, and you leave with that either way. If it makes sense to work together I'll say so. If it doesn't, I'll tell you what to fix yourself.
