The build has a deadline with money on it. If your clinic site is not live 30 days from kickoff, month one costs you nothing.
No increase in enquiries within 60 days, and you don't pay until you see one.
Reception counts every enquiry, so this is not measured by feel. If 60 days pass without an increase, billing stops until the first new enquiry arrives.

The price moves with your team. A therapist joins, add €20. A therapist leaves, drop €20. No tiers to outgrow and no renegotiation when the clinic changes shape.
I take their page down and your monthly price drops by €20 from the next billing cycle. When someone new joins, I build their page and calendar and the price goes back up by €20. Your site is priced per active practitioner, so it grows and shrinks with the team. There is no penalty and no rebuild either way.
