Everything a private practice needs to fill itself and run itself. Website, booking, payments, and one place where every enquiry lands. Built for you in 30 days.

From €100 a month. About one session out of a full week of them.

I build every practice myself, so I only take on two new practices a month.

“I was only dipping my toe in before this. The website made me feel professional and that changed everything. Four clients in and I feel like there are so many more levels to go.”

What changed

If your referrals have slowed, it probably isn't your clinical work.

Directory listings stopped converting the way they used to. Word of mouth slowed. Setting up in private practice got easier, so the same pool of referrals is now split between far more therapists.

Clients stopped starting on directories and started asking Google, and increasingly an AI assistant, who they should see. Most therapists respond to a slow month by wondering whether they are good enough. Usually the real problem is that fewer of the right people are finding enough proof to reach out.

And meanwhile

The clients you do have are eating your evenings.

An enquiry came in on Tuesday. You meant to reply, and remembered it on Friday. They had already booked someone else.

You said you would follow up after the consultation. You are fairly sure you did. You cannot check.

Your intake form lives in your email, your calendar lives in your head, and the only person who understands the system is you.

55%

of burned-out therapists name administrative tasks as a contributor, second only to work-life balance, which is exactly what the admin eats. The admin is not a nuisance; it is part of what burns therapists out.

Reception · Included with every practice

Your website brings people in. Reception makes sure you don't lose them.

Most therapists lose clients they never knew they had. An enquiry arrives on a Tuesday while you're in session. You mean to reply that evening. By Thursday they've booked whoever answered first.

Every Karv practice comes with a reception desk. You just don't have to pay a salary for it.

Every enquiry in one place.

From your website, your directory listings, a GP referral, a phone call. One list instead of four inboxes and a notebook. On your phone between sessions, or at the desk at the end of the day.

An enquiry open in Reception, showing it arrived from the website on 21 July and has been in the Forms Completed stage for one day

Nothing sits forgotten.

Move each person from new enquiry through to booked, and see at a glance who's still waiting on you.

Two enquiries in Reception's Contacted column, each with an amber warning triangle: one waiting a day, one waiting two days

It tells you. You don't have to check.

An enquiry lands and you get an email, so you know before you're out of the room. Anything still waiting after a day gets flagged on the board, and you get a short digest of who's outstanding. No name, no message, nothing identifying: just how many people are waiting and how long they've been waiting.

Reception's referral sources list: word of mouth with 5 referrals and 4 became clients, and Counselling Directory with 3 referrals and 1 became client

See where your clients actually come from.

Which directory is earning its fee. Which GP keeps sending people. Whether word of mouth really is your biggest source. Most therapists are guessing at this. You won't be.

It doesn't touch your clinical notes.

Reception handles enquiries, not case files. Keep using whatever you use for notes.

The system

One setup that does both jobs.

Get found

A website built around what your clients actually search for. Specialism pages, your location, your accreditations. Readable by AI tools too, because that is increasingly where the search starts.

Get booked

Booking connected to your calendar. Payment taken before the session, so you never chase an invoice. Intake and consent handled in advance, not in the first ten minutes of the room.

Get your evenings back

Reception catches everything. Then hosting, updates, monitoring and changes run in the background, by me, indefinitely.

Tommy's Success

CLIENT HIGHLIGHT

Tommy was building his counselling and performance coaching practice from scratch and needed a site that felt as credible as the work itself, not a template that undersold him. I built a brand and website that clearly communicates his dual focus as a psychotherapist and performance coach, giving him a platform he's proud to send people to.

Maria left the directories behind too. Read her story →

The process

From first hello to fully booked

01

Audit call

Twenty minutes. I find where your practice leaks enquiries and time. You get that answer either way.

02

Build

Built around how you already work. About two hours of your time in total.

03

Launch

Live and taking bookings, usually inside 30 days.

04

You do therapy

Clients book and pay themselves, intake is done before they arrive, enquiries land in one place.

What the monthly fee actually buys

Launch is the start, not the finish line.

Three things. Your site stays online, updated and secure. Reception, so no enquiry goes missing. And me, when something needs changing or you're not sure how something works. Sites nobody looks after break quietly, and by the time you notice you've lost bookings you never knew about.

Hosting

Online, properly, on infrastructure I manage end to end.

Monitoring

I find problems before you would notice them.

Updates

Security patches and platform updates, quietly.

Search

I keep tuning how you appear when someone looks.

Changes

New fee, new specialism, new photo? Email me.

Support

You reach a person, not a ticket queue.

About

Hi, I'm Danny.

I work with therapists because I kept meeting the same person: excellent at the actual job, quietly worn down by everything surrounding it. The website that never quite worked. The booking tool nobody showed them how to use.

Therapists are trained to do the work, not to market it. Most of the marketing advice aimed at you was written for people who enjoy marketing. You do not have to become that person. That is the job I do.

I build every practice myself. No account managers, no handoffs. You talk to the person doing the work, before launch and long after it.

What it is worth

One session a month.

That is roughly the cost. Against it: the enquiries you are losing because nobody replied for four days, the evenings back, and a presence that finally matches your experience, which makes raising your fee a conversation rather than an apology.

And if you are still taking sessions through a platform or directory that clips your rate, the maths is simpler again. A session worth €30 to €50 through someone else's platform is worth €80 to €120 when it is yours.

Five things that make this safe to try.

Live in 30 days, or you walk owing nothing.

Your domain, Workspace and site files are yours from day one.

Three months minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.

Your price never increases for as long as you stay.

Pause billing for illness or parental leave. Your site stays online.

One plan, whatever you need it to do.

Pick what fits where you are now. No modules to configure, no surprises later.

This isn't right for you if you're seeing fewer than five clients a month, or you only want a brochure site.

Referrals are the best clients you will ever get. But when they look you up before booking, what do they find? A website built for therapists is not about finding new clients from scratch. It is about making sure the people who were already going to book you actually do.

It fixes the most common cause. When referrals slow it is usually not the clinical work; it is that fewer of the right people find enough proof of you to reach out. A site built around what clients actually search for gives them that proof, and Reception makes sure the enquiries that do arrive never slip. If something else is going on in your practice, the audit call is where I would spot it, and I will tell you.

Three things. Your site stays online, updated and secure. Reception, so no enquiry goes missing. And me, when something needs changing or you're not sure how something works. Sites that nobody looks after break quietly, and by the time you notice you've lost bookings you never knew about.

You don't need to be. The system is built so that once it is set up, your only job is to show up and do the work. Bookings come in, clients pay, and your admin stays organised without extra effort on your part. I walk you through everything on a call and send you a video so you can refer back to it. If anything goes wrong, I am still here.

A website builder gives you a page that looks fine. What you actually need is a connected system that runs your practice: booking that syncs to your calendar, payments that clear before the session, intake forms that land in the right place, and a client organiser that keeps your admin out of your inbox. Free builders do not wire any of that together. I build the whole thing for you so it works from day one, not after months of tinkering.

Not once you count what a one-off build leaves out. A one-off site gets you a page that's live and yours from day one, but booking, payments, hosting, updates and support are still separate problems you have to find and pay for as they come up. A Karv plan bundles all of that into one price, so if a form breaks or a plugin needs updating, it's already covered rather than a new invoice. Priced out over three years, the two land in a similar range; the difference is whether that money buys ongoing support from day one or gets spent reactively. If you would still rather pay once, you can: €2,999 for the build, then €35 a month to keep it running. Say so on your call. And paying annually gets you two months free either way.

Reception handles enquiries, not case files, so your clinical notes stay wherever you already keep them. Everything else you own outright: your domain, your Google Workspace, your booking system. The client organiser keeps client and session records in a structured, access-controlled setup inside your own Workspace, referenced by client code rather than full name, never a shared drive. It is lighter-weight than a dedicated EHR. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.

Three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The minimum exists because the first month is real work, building and launching your practice system, and three months is what makes doing that properly sustainable at this price. Everything is yours regardless: whenever you leave, you keep your domain, Google Workspace and booking system, and I email you a full copy of your website. Hosting, support and Reception simply stop at the end of your final month.

Twenty minutes, and you'll know.

The audit call is not a pitch. We go through your setup, I tell you where you are losing enquiries and time, and you leave with that either way. If it makes sense to work together I'll say so. If it doesn't, I'll tell you what to fix yourself.

Not ready? Take the two-minute practice assessment or download the setup checklist.
